During your telehealth visit, the provider will conduct a symptom-based diagnostic review and, if medically appropriate, send a prescription to your preferred pharmacy. This is ideal if you're still experiencing symptoms, need further evaluation, or want a work note backed by a clinical assessment. Most notes are completed within a few hours.

Your visit will be billed as a telemedicine family practice evaluation, and you’ll be responsible only for your regular primary care or family practice co-pay, which is typically listed on your insurance card. During your visit, a licensed provider will conduct a diagnostic evaluation and, if appropriate, issue a personalized work or school note, sent directly to your email — often within hours.
